Please go out and get some dumbbells, start at a low weight, and do all your exercises with them. You don’t need anything large, just something to add a little more spice to your workouts.

Body weight

Change up your boring workout routine with some bodyweight exercises, they can be hard but they are actually very effective – start to challenge your body by using your own body weight as the weight itself.

Running

If you’re more of a runner, then get your shoes on and hit the streets. Create a playlist and get your feet running. You will get toned and your body will feel amazing.

Pilates

I am a new Pilates girly, once I started it was very challenging, however, a couple of weeks in and it was the best choice I ever made. You will increase your mobility and flexibility. Pilates will teach you patience and breathing.
