Try This When You Want To Trust The Process
Trusting the process of life can be difficult, it takes a particular person to sit back, and let go, while still moving forward even when everything feels against you.
What does trusting the process actually mean
Trusting the process should be knowing that everything will work itself out. No matter what the end result may be; regardless of any outcome you know you'll rise above and get through it with a positive and more intuitive outlook.
Why is trusting the process important
Trusting the process helps you live a more simple and stress-free lifestyle. If you can let go of fear, judgment, and insecurities you can let go of this need to control and mold your life into something that is going wether you like it or not.
Here are tips to help you relax, let go, and move forward with your life.
Prayer
Walk and talk with God, stay in prayer always. Let go of your fears, doubts, and troubles, and know that God listens and doesn’t abandon you. Trust in his timing, because it always is impeccable.

Your emotions
Look within yourself – do you hold onto things easily? Are you easily triggered by things out of your control? Try letting go of your need to control situations and let things play out. Sometimes it’s best to take a step back, cool down and come back when you're not heated from the moment.
Toxic people
Sometimes when we are in a state of despair, the first instinct is to vent to everyone around us. Try looking at a situation from your own perspective rather than gossip, and banter. This will dicipline you to master your own emotions and understand what is worth your time stressing about.
Side note -- Sometimes the people around you may not always have the best advice. Sometimes people are living their own misiable life. So, take a look at the persons life you're asking advice from.
Having fear
Sometimes when we live in constant fear of the unknown this holds us back from just enjoying each moment.

Gratitude
Each morning write out what you're grateful for, this puts your life into perspective and helps you understand everything you do have to be thankful for VS holding on to everything you don't.
Time
We cannot have instant gratification with everything; most of us want overnight results but it's the people who understand the journey is the most important part rather than finishing the race.
