Summer habits are things you want to start incorporating into your routine; these habits shouldn't stop when summber ends, but carry you through a life time. This can be personal growth, books you want to read, or habits you want to break.

Summer is a time of joy, the winter blues are behind us and the world feels warmer and alive. This gives us so much more momentum to accomplish and achieve our goals.

1. Reading

Try reading more this summer, if we aren’t reading we aren’t learning new things, and learning new things teaches us new perspectives, different outlooks, and opportunities for growth.

2. Practice strength workouts

Get outside and do some strength workouts, challenge your body and strength by incorporating new exercise moments you've never done before – challenge yourself.

3. Hydration

Keep water on you at all times; just like plants needs water, you need the same. Keep your mind and body hydrated.

4. Journal

Invest in a good journal and prioritize your tasks throughout the day. You will be so happy when all of your goals are written out on paper and not bottled up in your mind.

5 . Prioritize you

Making time for ourselves can be hard for some of us, make sure to look out for yourself and take care of your health and wellness. Cherish your body, you only have one.

6. Nature

Share more moments outdoors this summer, saving every waking morning. Soak in the sunshine because it will be gone before you know it.

7. System

Create a system that works for you, and have a routine that you can stick to each morning. As humans, we crave consistency, and this helps us show up for ourselves and the people around us.

8. Stretching

The longer our bodies go without movement we become stiff and we slowly lose that flexibility we once had. make stretching a part of your day to always stay limber!

9. Stay intentional

Show up each day for yourself, and be intentional when you do or say something. Once you start showing up for yourself and the people around you, you become more trustworthy on many levels.
