Spring has finally begun – time to start a fresh spring morning routine.  We can finally throw away those awful cold mornings and start soaking in the warmth of spring.

Spring is a no better time to find a new system that fits your routine; something that gets you excited every day to do it.

1. Wake up early

I know it’s not easy, but try getting up early. You will have much more time to get everything on your list done, and that feeling of being up before everyone else is fantastic.

2. Set the mood

Light some candles in the morning or have a nice diffuser going, having good smells going around the house will brighten your morning.

3. Journal

Have a journal sesh each morning to check in with yourself, so you know what your game plan is. 

4. Workout

Find a workout routine that makes you feel good, it doesn’t have to be anything intense or crazy. There are so many good workouts on Youtube that you can follow along to.

5. Fresh breakfast

Make yourself a fresh breakfast, fuel your body with good fruits and protein that will get you throughout the day.

Make time for God, read his word, and lean into him as you map out your day.

Keep hydration on your mind – this is crucial for our mind and body.

8. Sunlight

Now that it’s starting to warm up, get outside and make time for some fresh air and sunshine. Your body will thank you.
