Why is spring so important for setting goals

You have so much more daytime..well, sunshine. When the sun drops later in the day you feel as though you have much more time than you did in the winter. The winter season is a literal mood killer; having the sunset at 4:00 PM feels like your whole day is gone.
So get out there and take advantage of the sunshine!
5. Sunlight and warmth
Most people tend to feel happier when the sun is showing itself, it releases serotonin in our body and we crave that. It can increase our energy levels and produce happiness – A no better time to start working on your goals and get yourself moving again.
