Finding time to prioritize your time for working out can be such a pain in the butt. We have so much going on in our lives that the days, weeks, and years start to just blend together.

For starters, you should figure out what your schedule looks like, and start by navigating your day around the workout. Can you sacrifice some sleep to wake up early, or use lunch breaks for a quick workout?
