How to fearlessly accomplish all your goals in 2023

How can you accompish all your goals this coming new year? Let me break down some key topics so you can accomplish your new years resolutions and not back slide on your goals this year.

However, sometimes in the beginning, we have so much motivation and momentum for our goals, then a couple of weeks in we hit a plateau.

Our goals don't seem like they are making any progress, or we have lost track of time and the routine we once had is now gone.

We feel we should give up and keep going about our life the way we always have.

But how can we keep the momentum going, stay on track, and be dedicated to our goals?

This is going to go beyond your motivation, what we need is a sincere amount of dedication, discipline, and trust in ourselves to keep that momentum going to achieve bigger and better things in life.

I want to break down some tips that will help you accomplish your goals in 2023, stay on the right track without distractions and understand why motivation is not the answer to your new year.


Number 1 - Self awareness

How can I be self aware?

I believe that being aware of our faults and the direction we want our life going in plays a huge role in our success. If you don't know where you're spending your time, or what your goals are you will always go in circles.

We need to be disciplined with how we spend our time and mindful of our goals to make steps in that direction.

Write down a list of things that take up your time

An example would be:

  • Social media
  • Your phone
  • Movies
  • Friends
  • Alcohol

Once you have your list written out, write down why it's a distraction from your goals and what you can do to eliminate the amount of time you spend on each one.


Number 2 - Goal setting

How can I set goals?

This will follow suit with self awareness. We should be aware and specific with our goals so we know the actions and direction we are going in to make those goals happen and the steps needed to stay on the right track.

  • Write out your top goals.
  • Write down what you will do each day to make them happen.
  • incorporate baby steps.
  • Get specific with your goal (An example would be: To do 5 workouts a week for 30 mins.)

Number 3 - Action

How to take action with your goals

This is important. Now that you have your goals written out, it's time to take action.

Yes, you can have all the motivation, but once you have hit that peak and the newness has worn out you'll need to develop a sense of self-determination.

Write down your why every day (remember why you started this journey)

  • Don’t give yourself an out - Understand the difference between being lazy and physically unable to accomplish a task.
  • Discipline - Once you have learned how to be disciplined the world is yours.
  • Put trust in yourself so that every time you have to do something you know you will do it.
  • Slowly our mind starts to realize there is only one option.

Number 4 - Habits

How to stay consistent with habits

Think about the good habits you want to start incorporating into your lifestyle, that being waking up early, working out, focusing more on your business, etc. 

Whatever it may be, they take consistent habits every day to add up to achieving that specific goal.

Remember that consistent work every day adds up to the bigger picture. You’re not going to get abs overnight, nor will your business endeavor develop into a 6 figure business overnight.

This is why you see alot people step away from their goals, they dont see any progress. Seeing progress takes time.

  • It takes baby steps every day.
  • If you put one hour in every day for a week, that's 7 hours dedicated to that goal.
  • Consistency and dedication will overrule your motivation.

How to not let challenges affect you

When challenges start arising on your journey, you can either see them as problems or as a learning opportunities for self improvement.

  • Think of challenges as a way to fuel your fire.
  • Use that moment as a learning experience.
  • Challenges will only make you stronger and wiser for next time.
  • Adopt the growth mindset.

Number 6 - The domino effect

How to start seeing results in your goals

Once you put in consistency you’re going to see results in so many other areas.

These things will start happening because of the amount of time and discipline you have committed to yourself.

  • You will start seeing results in your goals.
  • That little voice in your head that once doubted you seems to not knock anymore.
  • Accomplishing tasks seems to be a lot easier.
  • You will just start doing it, there won't be any other way around it.

Remember that motivation won't always be there, we are going to have our bad days. But, the determination and dedication that we have for the goal will always win.
