What is a vision board?

A vision board is basically a collage of pictures that you personally picked related to each one of your goals. You use these pictures as constant little reminders to visualize your goals every day.

The board is much more than just a pretty collage of pictures. It's a deep manifestation of pictures that triggers your subconscious mind every day to remember why you started and to stay consistent and committed to your goals.

Take action

  • Don't create your vision board and then forget about it. Manifesting doesn't mean you can sit back and enjoy the view. You have to put in hard work and dedication every day.
  • Once you start implementing action into your lifestyle new things will start happening and everything else will fall right into place.
  • Look at your vision board every morning and night before bed.
  • Allow your mind to absorb your goals every day so you don't forget why you started.

Stay consistent

  • Cosistentency is key. Take steps every day that lead you to that specific goal.
  • Don't use excuses when you run into problems, use them as opportunities to learn.
  • Use those hard times as momentum on your journey.

Manifesting isn't something that happens overnight, and surely your goals won't fall in your lap.

Remember, motivation is temporary while discipline is permanent.
